This Client had termite damage in the framing behind the drywall. Plywood was chosen to facilitate a quicker repair time as the room was needed for medical care. As you can see, we can make it look like 'it was always there' by floating the plywood to match the drywall.

Termites! Can you find the table leg?

There are multiple instances where the structure was propped up. They knew they had termite damage. Broken beams, sagging beams, and repairs with termite damage. Even the table leg has termite trails on its left side. The termite damage in this house went through the walls up into the roof rafters and even the ceiling tiles. This house was irreparable.

More termites!
The wood between the concrete pillar and the floor frame is a 6" beam that has been thoroughly eaten and is now compressed down to 2". Those are termite funnel tubes hanging from the beam!
If your floors 'feel' spongy or soft it's time to let us determine the cause. It's not always termites.
